By using AI Phishing Detector, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

Service scope

The platform includes the public website, Scan URL, Batch Checker, Email Analyzer, Scam Detector, Risk Heatmap, Zero-Day Detection, Campaign Clustering, Visual Detect, Auto Report, Breach Check, Hook assistant workflows, Browser Extension support (Coming Soon), simulation and learning workflows, dashboard views, and related documentation or policy pages.

Allowed use

  • Personal or organizational phishing review
  • Security awareness, simulation, and education
  • Threat investigation, incident response, and confirmed reporting
  • Approved API or extension-based integrations (Coming Soon)

Prohibited use

  • Abuse, overload, or disruption of the service
  • Reverse engineering or model extraction attempts
  • Illegal activity, fraud, or phishing operations
  • Bypassing authentication, rate limits, or security controls

Accuracy notice

Results are advisory. False positives and false negatives can occur, so decisions should not rely on this tool alone.

Accounts and access

Authenticated areas depend on account access controls. You are responsible for protecting your login method and any connected account.

Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Phishing Detector and Kevin Gachoka are not liable for damages arising from service use, missed detections, false alerts, or interruption.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
